"I'm not quite sure where to begin; this has been quite the story... Kevin helped our daughter find an apartment for university. We live in Calgary, and he was referred to us by a friend. He spent an exceptional amount of time with our daughter, and together they found the perfect place. After it was selected, he arranged everything for us; the lease, the payments, you name it. It was a great experience. Then COVID hit. Our daughter had to leave Montreal, leaving behind an existing apartment and about to assume this new lease. We were all now in Calgary. Kevin offered to take receipt of the new apartment on our behalf, and did. This was way beyond the call of duty, but he wasn't done.We had planned to drive back out to Montreal to move our daughter's belongings to the new apartment, and when I told Kevin of our plans he would have none of that. He insisted that he arrange for movers to take care of it, which again he did. He even spent the move day helping out. As difficult as it has been to navigate this environment, Kevin has helped our family in unimaginable ways.The incredible thing for me is that Kevin and I have never met, and yet he has gone to the wall for us.
